K & R Co. was established in 2000 by the husband-wife duo Kohinoor Mandal and Mrs. Reema Mondal to revolutionize the then Kolkata's perspective of visiting beauty parlours. Starting Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty in South Kolkata was a big step towards that particular goal. Eventually the idea of Glitter Dental Clinic popped up and found its way to reality in 2002. From then on, there is no looking back for the company.

To make its hold stronger in the fashion industry, K & R Co. introduced Glamour Designer boutique in Kasba. A lavish 2000sq.ft boutique which features readymade and tailor-made apparels and accessories for men, women and kids. Whether it's designing clothes or designing a book, K & R Co. is doing it all with its designing sector, K & R Creatives. Serving 2 major U.S. publishing house for more than 4 years has created a firm and secure relationship between us.

Beginning with 3 or 4 members, now it is the earning medium of more than 120 individuals. With the master franchise of Jawed Habib Hair & Beauty in West Bengal and Jharkhand, it is spreading its wings on all over Bengal. Simultaneously, Jawed Habib Academy and Jawed Habib Hair Studio are also achieving new heights.
